Job Description - Integrations Sales Development Representative
Reports To
Director of Integrated Partnerships
Summary
The Integrations Sales Development Representative will be responsible for ensuring effective sales and growth of adoption of AxisCare’s various integrated partners to our current customer base. You will be the first point of contact with incoming prospects whether that is through our website, email, phone, or internal referral. You will be responsible for the initial prospecting and qualifying of integrations sales leads. You will be working directly with the Director of Integrated Partnerships and integrations sales/marketing team to build a plan of action for immediately responding to and qualifying new inbound leads. Your main goal will be to create positive connections with current customers that will lead them to connect with one of our integrated partners.
This person must be an ethical hard worker, have excellent listening and problem-solving skills, as well as being attentive to details. A highly engaging communication style is needed for this person to succeed, as well as attention to detail and analytical skills to be able to document and track macro and micro usage trends within our client base.
Job Duties

Be familiar with and actively promote integrated partners and their products, including but not limited to: background screenings, legal platforms, third-party billing clearinghouses, applicant tracking systems, caregiver training platforms, caregiver rewards platforms, earned wage access and more.

Immediately respond to incoming leads from marketing team and customer success teams.

Qualify incoming leads for add-on services and schedule demos with sales executive.

Track your own success rates and achieving goals (with the support of management and a robust tech stack).

Track and encourage previously referred leads that have gone cold.

Maintain accurate records of client usage in HubSpot, and potentially other platforms AxisCare currently uses (ChurnZero, ZenDesk, etc.), including sales call reports, lead information lists, and other documentation.

Target account subsets/buckets for sales outreach purposes based on both current and potential usage

Strategically connect clients to appropriate resources both inside AxisCare (Third-Party Billing Department, Support, Customer Success Manager, etc.) and externally (integrated partner).

Request marketing campaigns from Director of Integrated Partnerships and Customer Communications and Marketing Manager to target client subsets.

Connect with clients via emails, phone calls, Zoom meetings, trade shows, webinars, etc.

Walk customers through sign-up process with integrated partners, which includes maintaining successful relationships with both our customers and our partner, to include a warm hand-off process that is a white-glove approach with our referrals.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills, while remaining consultative in sales approach

Warmth of a salesperson and thick skin of a Customer Support representative

Strong critical thinking skills and comprehension of complex software features

Self-starter, motivated by helping other succeed and by earning commission
Education

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Work Experience

Previous relevant sales experience preferred

Past work with a sales CRM (HubSpot) is a bonus
Working Conditions

Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals

Utilization of phone, Zoom, email, and a robust tech stack to perform job functions

In-office in Waco HQ or remote work available (if located outside of Waco)
