What you'll do:
- Guide and support client API integrations, from onboarding to post-launch.
- Debug issues, answer technical questions, and ensure SLAs are met.
- Document solutions and build client-facing resources (guides, FAQs, examples).
- Partner with product/engineering to resolve complex issues and improve APIs.
- Manage integration projects end-to-end, aligning stakeholders and timelines.
What we're looking for:
- 2–5 years in a client-facing technical role (solutions engineer, integrations engineer, technical support).
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and error handling.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (technical + non-technical).
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in parallel.
- Nice to have
- Spanish/Portuguese fluency • Fintech/payments experience • SQL/Postgres familiarity • Background in software engineering/QA
