Job Description:
We are seeking an Integrations Engineer to support our team by contributing to quality assurance (QA/QC) processes and developing comprehensive documentation that enables smooth product integration and operations.
Position Overview:
The Integrations Engineer will play a vital role in supporting QA/QC efforts, ensuring that integrations meet quality standards and operate as intended. This individual will also be responsible for writing and maintaining detailed documentation for both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and usability. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Technical Skills:Required:
- Proficiency in at least one language like Python, JS/TS, Java, Kotlin, C#, etc.
- Experience with writing technical documentation for APIs, integrations, or software products.
- Experience in writing and maintaining automated test cases for complex systems.
- Strong understanding of different integration patterns and middleware solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with SQL, NoSQL, and other data storage solutions.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them to practical integration scenarios.
Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive integration documentation, covering API specifications, data flow diagrams, integration best practices, and troubleshooting guides across different platforms.
- Develop proof-of-concept integrations to demonstrate feasibility and identify potential challenges.
- Assist with the setup, testing, and validation of integrations to ensure they meet functionality, stability, and performance standards.
- Utilize appropriate testing tools and frameworks to automate test execution and reporting.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving processes
- Proactively identify, document, and track areas for improvement, software defects, and inconsistencies across integrations in a clear and concise manner.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and QA/QC teams to understand integration requirements and processes.
Qualifications:
- Native English Speaker
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in integrations, QA/QC, or technical support roles.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams.
