The Integrations Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining system integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and external/internal systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The role focuses on creating reliable, secure, and efficient integrations to support real-time and scheduled business process flows across modules like Financials, Procurement and SCM.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Development
Build integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components including app-driven flows, scheduled orchestration flows, and file-based integrations
Configure connections using ERP adapters, REST/SOAP connectors, FTP, and DB adapters
Payload Mapping & Logic
Implement data transformations using XSLT, JavaScript, lookup tables, and mapping tools in OIC
Ensure data is transformed and transferred accurately between source and target systems
Testing and Troubleshooting
Perform unit and integration testing with sample payloads and validate using OIC monitoring tools
Debug faults, review OIC activity streams, and apply error-handling best practices
Technical Documentation
Create and maintain integration design documents, interface catalogs, and deployment notes
Support transition documentation for operations or managed services
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with functional teams to gather requirements and clarify mapping rules
Support senior developers in complex integration builds and issue resolution
Requirements & Preferred experience
3–5 years of technical development experience, with at least 1–2 years in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Knowledge of REST and SOAP services, XML/JSON payloads, XSLT, and security policies (OAuth, basic auth)
Familiarity with Oracle SaaS modules (Financials, SCM, Procurement) and their exposed APIs
Proficiency in writing and debugging integrations in OIC with test payloads and response validation
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Hands-on experience with BIP and OTBI outputs as part of integration workflows
Exposure to file-based integration (FBDI) process and working with SFTP endpoints
Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA), version control (Git), and basic DevOps concepts
Oracle Cloud Platform certification (OIC Developer or Integration Specialist)

Skills Required
