Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is hiring for an Integration & Test Engineer (Experienced, Lead or Senior) in Tukwila, WA.
Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity and immediate need on the E-7A Program for Mission Systems Integration and Test Engineer in Tukwila, WA. The Mission Systems Integration and Test team is responsible for evaluating requirements, writing test plans and procedures, performing requirements verification, performing hardware/software integration and performing customer demonstrations.
The E-7 is the world's most advanced, capable and reliable Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) platform, having proven itself in operations around the world. The aircraft is designed to track multiple airborne and maritime targets simultaneously. It can provide situational awareness and direct other assets such as fighter jets and warships. The E-7A program is an important program for Boeing with significant growth potential.
Position Responsibilities:
- Coordination and planning of integration and test activities, including System Maturity and Capability Demonstrations
- Authoring and executing test procedures for Integration and Verification testing purposes
- Formally documenting test results
- Direct interface with USAF customer representatives, and other key stakeholders
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).
This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
- Level 3: 5+ years of related experience.
- 3+ years of experience with hardware/software integration
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Level 4: 9+ years of related experience.
- Level 5: 14+ years of related experience.
- 3+ years of experience with requirements decomposition
- 3+ years or more experience working across other user groups to gather, interpret, and coordinate requirements and communicate to other technical associates
- 9+ years of experience in hardware/software integration
- Experience with E-3, or AEW&C
- Bachelors of Science/ Masters degree in Systems Engineering
- Experience providing technical leadership for an engineering team

Level 3: $119,850-$162,150
Level 4 $146,200-$197,800
Level 5: $176,800-$239,200
