Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with the integration of our software solutions, providing technical support and guidance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with software development and engineering teams to relay client feedback and improve integration processes.
- Develop training materials and documentation to aid clients in the integration process.
- Monitor system performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Participate in integration project meetings to provide insights and updates on client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to software integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably involving software integration.
- Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and integration methodologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with integration tools and technologies is an advantage.
- Knowledge of payment processing systems is a plus.
