The Integration specialist is responsible for maintaining the highest level of development standards and processes while leading the design, development, deployment and support of appropriate Integration solutions that support our IT strategy and overall business objectives.

Job Description

Integration Design & Development

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions that align with IT strategy and business objectives.

  • Ensure all integrations follow high development standards, established processes, and best‑practice architectural principles.

  • Take full ownership of implemented solutions under a “develop and operate” model, ensuring long‑term stability and performance.

Customer & Partner Collaboration

  • Interface with internal and external customers to implement and maintain automated electronic data exchange.

  • Provide subject‑matter expertise in integration methods across ERP, WMS, middleware, and e‑commerce environments.

Mapping & Solution Delivery

  • Lead mapping solutions by gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable, well‑structured integration solutions.

  • Develop, test, and deploy integration workflows that effectively address business challenges.

  • Ensure solutions are well‑coordinated across systems and support end‑to‑end business processes.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in implementing, configuring, and mapping integration platforms.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Experience or exposure to Dell Boomi or a comparable middleware solution.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience collaborating with business partners, vendors, and trading partners.

  • Solid understanding of core business processes such as sales order processing, purchasing, distribution, payables, and receivables.

  • Ability to manage and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong experience with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, cXML) and flat-file formats, including SQL, scripting, and automation support.

  • Experience defining and executing integration and user acceptance tests for EDI-related solutions.

  • Collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for sharing new ideas and concepts within the team.

  • Experience working in large transformation programs and navigating changes across processes, systems, and people.

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPI, and/or API management is a plus.
