Description

The Integration Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and compliance of integration processes, customer orders, inventory movements, and outbound shipments. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational excellence by performing quality inspections, identifying process improvements, documenting findings, and partnering with the Integration team to resolve quality issues before products are delivered to customers.

  

Primary Job Responsibilities 

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Integration department.
  • Perform quality inspections of customer orders, device configurations, inventory transactions, and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Verify that products are configured, labeled, packaged, and documented in accordance with customer and project requirements.
  • Identify quality concerns, process deficiencies, and operational risks, escalating issues to the Integration Manager as appropriate.
  • Conduct root cause analyses of quality issues and assist in developing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
  • Monitor daily workflows to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, quality metrics, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare quality reports and communicate trends, findings, and recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, project management, and operations teams to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Assist with developing and delivering quality-related training for Integration staff.
  • Review customer feedback, returns, and quality incidents to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in internal process audits and recommend workflow improvements that increase accuracy and reduce errors.
  • Learn and effectively utilize Integration systems, including Monday.com, NetSuite, IntelliTrack, and other operational platforms.
  • Support departmental initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  

Job Competencies, Skills & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance, quality control, warehouse operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a related operational environment preferred.
  • Experience working in inventory, fulfillment, or device integration operations is highly desirable.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles,      methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Experience performing inspections, audits, and documenting quality findings.
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Environment and Normal Working Conditions 

This position operates in both office and warehouse environments. Core business hours are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; however, additional hours, overtime, or schedule flexibility may be required to support operational demands, customer deadlines, or business needs.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to perform work in both an office and a warehouse environment. The employee must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday; frequently use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment; and communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically. The role may require occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting while inspecting products or materials. The employee must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to distinguish colors and read labels, documentation, and computer screens.
