We are looking for a results-driven Integrations Engineer with experience in iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) platforms to support and optimize system integrations and business process automation across the organization. This role will focus on designing, building, and maintaining integrations between enterprise applications, enabling seamless data flow and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to identify integration needs and implement scalable, reliable, and secure automation solutions
Job duties:
- Design, build, test, and maintain integrations and automated workflows using an iPaaS platform (Workato)
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
- Analyze current system architecture and workflows to identify automation opportunities and improve data flow.
- Monitor integration performance, manage errors and exceptions, and ensure systems communicate reliably.
- Maintain documentation for integrations, including workflows, data mappings, and system dependencies.
- Ensure integrations align with organizational policies, security standards, and data governance requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay up to date with emerging iPaaS technologies and best practices to continuously improve integration capabilities.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience. •
- 2+ years of experience working with iPaaS platforms and implementing system-to-system integrations. Workato experience preferred
- Solid understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), webhooks, and common integration patterns.
- Experience with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with data transformation and mapping across systems (e.g., JSON, XML, CSV).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Nice to have:
- Experience with multiple iPaaS tools and an understanding of their relative strengths and use cases.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for data manipulation or custom logic.
- Exposure to data security, compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and governance in integration contexts.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- iPaaS-related certifications or training
