Role Overview: We are seeking a Integration Engineer, your role will be to support our customers to integrate with Truora in a more efficient way, this means: understand their needs, find ways to automate the process and improve our workflows. You will be in constant contact with customers, to help them solve integration questions and make the sale.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding customer needs: You will work directly with our customers to understand their specific requirements and find the best ways to meet them
- Automate processes: You will identify opportunities to automate and improve existing workflows, facilitating a smoother and more efficient integration
- Technical support and troubleshooting: You will provide technical assistance to our customers, resolving any questions or issues related to the integration of our services
Qualifications:
- Desirable with more than one year of technical experience in back-end development (Python or JavaScropt, Go, C++)
- Experience working with customers
- Experience with customer integrations in B2B companies
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
