The Technical Integration Analyst supports the analysis, design, testing, and ongoing improvement of enterprise integration and
automation solutions. This role
helps connect enterprise applications and streamline key business processes across internal and B2B operations. The ideal candidate is a collaborative,
detail-oriented professional with strong technical aptitude, a
continuous-improvement mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality
solutions.
Key responsibilities:
· Support
enterprise integration and automation initiatives across multiple technologies
and business areas, including hybrid application integration, B2B partner and
supplier integration, workflow automation, APIs, microservices, and data
integration.
· Collaborate with stakeholders
and technical teams to gather, clarify, and document technical requirements. Contribute to solution analysis, design, and testing
while following established architecture,
standards, and
best practices.
· Analyze and profile data using SQL and database
querying skills to understand data structures, business use cases, and solution
requirements, with attention to data quality and master data management
practices.
· Prepare clear project documentation, including
technical requirements, specifications, test documentation, system and operations
guides, issue or enhancement requests, and disaster
recovery materials.
· Participate in quality assurance activities, including deliverable
reviews and testing, to help ensure solutions meet business and technical
requirements.
· Work with technical teams on configuration management activities,
particularly for B2B solutions.
· Identify and communicate issues and risks in a timely manner for
proper management.
· Troubleshoot integration-related incidents, document findings, and
help resolve issues through appropriate corrective actions.
· Collaborate with architects and senior developers, participate in
knowledge-sharing opportunities, and continue building expertise in integration
tools and practices.
· Support the lifecycle management of integration components, APIs,
and automation scripts, including versioning, documentation, and retirement of
outdated assets.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or
related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
· 3–5 years of experience supporting analysis, design, testing, and
delivery of integration and automation solutions.
· Hands-on experience with enterprise
integrations, B2B/internal business processes, SQL, database querying, JSON,
web services, EDI, cXML, and Rosetta Net.
· Knowledge of integration standards,
design patterns, RESTful/SOAP APIs, API gateway concepts, and API testing tools
such as Postman.
· Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and
organizational skills, with the ability to explain technical information
clearly and manage multiple priorities.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work
independently, meet deadlines, and participate in on-call support as needed.
Skills Required
