Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient and effective solutions. This role requires engaging deeply with client needs, interpreting those requirements into actionable business and technology strategies. The day includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, guiding the customer journey, and shaping functional and application designs. Ensuring that the technology and business solutions align precisely with the client s objectives is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, fostering seamless integration and successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to resolve them.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of integration strategies with overall business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration, SAP SLO Upgrades & Migrations.
- Strong knowledge of system landscapes, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to SAP Basis components.
- Ability to manage system performance, tuning, and monitoring to ensure optimal operation.
- Familiarity with transport management and change control processes within SAP systems.
- Competence in coordinating system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal disruption to business operations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
