About the client
Our client is a leading global email and collaboration security company. It is building a new engineering team in Medellín to own its partner portal for Managed Service Providers (MSPs): the platform partners use for quoting, contracts, billing and provisioning.
About the role
We are hiring two Senior Integration Engineers for this new team, which will take over the MSP partner portal from the systems integrator that runs it today, operate it in production and shape its roadmap. You will own the integrations between the portal and the company's quote-to-cash systems, reporting to the Engineering Manager and working daily with business and technical colleagues in the United States and Europe.
The stack is a React microfrontend shell and a TypeScript/Node backend-for-frontend over microservices on AWS EKS, integrated with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Boomi, NetSuite, ZoneBilling, Snowflake and Avalara.
What you'll do
• Own the integrations between the portal and quote-to-cash systems: Salesforce Revenue Cloud quoting and contracts, NetSuite and ZoneBilling.
• Build and maintain Boomi processes and APIs, plus integrations with Avalara tax, Snowflake usage data and the provisioning platform APIs.
• Define and maintain data mappings between CRM, billing and the portal: accounts, products, prices, contracts, usage and invoices.
• Write and optimize NetSuite SuiteQL queries and work with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ APIs.
• Support MSP billing logic, including usage-based billing, with the Product Owner and Finance stakeholders.
• Monitor integrations in production, handle errors and reconciliation, and document flows and runbooks.
What success looks like in your first 6 months
• Knowledge transfer complete for all integration flows, with an up-to-date integration catalog and data mapping documentation.
• The team owning integrations in production, with alerting in place and failures detected, triaged and reconciled.
• Every integration (Salesforce, NetSuite, Boomi, Avalara, Snowflake, provisioning) understood by both Integration Engineers.
• Integration designs contributed for the new MSP billing APIs.

Requirements
Required
• Significant experience building enterprise integrations between CRM, ERP and billing systems.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, ideally Revenue Cloud or CPQ.
• Experience with NetSuite, including SuiteQL and its REST / SOAP APIs.
• Experience with an integration platform, ideally Boomi.
• Strong data mapping and data quality skills, and solid SQL.
• Professional English for working with US and European business and technical teams.
Nice to have
• Experience with Avalara or another tax engine, or with ZoneBilling.
• Experience with Snowflake or usage-based billing data.
• TypeScript / Node.js for API-side integration work.
• Knowledge of MSP or channel billing models.
