About the Role

We’re looking for an AI Integration Engineer to join our Implementations team. In this client-facing role, you’ll support the implementation of our AI platform by helping connect it with customer systems and environments.

You’ll work closely with customers to gather requirements, understand contact center workflows, and support system integration. You’ll also collaborate with internal product, engineering, and solutions teams to ensure smooth deployments and successful go-lives.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about enterprise integrations, conversational AI, Agentic AI, and automation within financial services.

What You’ll Do
  • Participate in discovery sessions with customers to understand system requirements, data flows, and operational workflows.
  • Lead the design and implementation of integrations between the Kasisto platform and customer systems (e.g., CRM, CCaaS, identity providers).
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of integration components.
  • Document technical designs, integration specs, and customer configurations.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project leads to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Help ensure that customer workflows and business goals are reflected in the deployed solution.
What You Need
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in a software, integration, or implementation engineering role.
  • Familiarity with APIs (REST), basic scripting or programming concepts (e.g., JavaScript, Java and Python).
  • Interest or exposure to AI, automation, or contact center technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with external customers.
  • Ability to learn quickly, take ownership of tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working in or with financial services or regulated industries.
  • Prior work involving SaaS platform integrations.
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT, TLS Certificate management) and cloud platforms like AWS.
