Full Time  | Remote first | Amsterdam

Candidates must have a valid EU work permit to work at Founda remotely or be eligible to work from our office in Amsterdam.

As an Integration Consultant at Founda Health, you’ll lead the technical delivery of our healthcare data exchange solutions. You'll manage end-to-end integration projects, acting as the bridge between customer needs and system capabilities. Your work ensures secure, seamless interoperability across healthcare systems and tools.

• Integration: Proficiently configure and deploy solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems utilizing standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM. This includes resolving technical integration challenges and ensuring adherence to relevant compliance requirements.
• Implementation: Oversee the technical implementation of projects, translating customer needs into detailed technical specifications and actionable project plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Interoperability: Act as a key technical point of contact, facilitating clear communication and providing ongoing support, training, and updates to customers.

A Day in the Life

You start your day with a scrumban meeting, reviewing progress on integrations.
Mid-morning, you join an alignment session to troubleshoot an HL7 message configuration issue. Afterwards, you test a new deployment, ensuring alignment with the solution blueprint. Post-lunch, you collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, sharing customer feedback and proposing product improvements. In the afternoon, you update project management tools and prepare status updates. You wrap up the day by leading a customer training session and reviewing tomorrow’s priorities.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years in technical implementation or integration, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare.
• Strong experience with system integrations, data standards (HL7, FHIR), and healthcare IT tools (e.g., EHR, PACS).
• Proficient with Windows/Linux, Apache Tomcat, Postgres, scripting (Ansible), and automation tools.
• Familiar with GDPR/HIPAA compliance and regulated environments.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; German is a strong advantage.
• Self-driven, organized, and a strong communicator who thrives in remote, multicultural teams.
