Job DescriptionWe are seeking an IT Integration & Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain workflows that connect internal systems, eliminate manual processes, and improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
This role requires advanced English proficiency (written and spoken), as you will regularly communicate with teams and leaders who operate exclusively in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Build workflows using Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Power Automate, or Workato.
- Integrate SaaS tools (CRM, support platforms, LMS, billing, internal systems).
- Configure logic, triggers, conditions, data flows, webhooks, and error-handling.
- Document automation workflows in a clear and consistent format.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automations.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and validate requirements.
- Experience in process automation, system integrations, or SaaS environments (Ops, RevOps, CS, IT Ops, Support, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with at least one no-code/low-code automation platform:
- Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Power Automate, or Workato.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
- Strong logical thinking and ability to map processes end-to-end.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and simply.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Notion, Slack, Asana, Jira, or Google Workspace.
- Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript or Python).
- Experience working with distributed teams or regulated industries.
- Background in RevOps, BizOps, CS Ops, or IT Ops.

- Delivered automations that significantly reduce manual work.
- Built a stable and reusable library of workflows and integrations.
- Gained trust across teams as a reliable automation and integrations partner.
- Established documentation standards and best practices for automation.
