GXM is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support advanced defense and space-related mission programs focused on Command and Control (C2), mission systems integration, cloud modernization, and enterprise capability delivery. 

The selected candidate will support development, maintenance, and execution of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) while coordinating program dependencies, delivery milestones, operational events, and capability releases. Following initial program stand-up activities, this individual will also support Agile execution, sprint planning, team synchronization, and program coordination efforts. 

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and planning skills with the ability to coordinate across technical, operational, and program management stakeholders to support successful program execution. 

This role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO. Hybrid flexibility may be available over time based on mission requirements, program execution needs, and achievement of objectives. 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) supporting program execution, milestones, and delivery objectives. 
  • Identify, track, and manage dependencies across technical teams, mission stakeholders, operational events, and program workstreams. 
  • Facilitate coordination meetings to adjust IMS milestones, activities, critical path and dependencies. 
  • Coordinate schedule alignment for exercises, demonstrations, operational events, and capability delivery activities. 
  • Monitor critical path activities and schedule risks and support development of mitigation and recovery plans. 
  • Collaborate with program leadership to maintain schedule accuracy, execution visibility, and delivery readiness. 
  • Support RTE and Scrum Master coordination that impacts schedule dependencies and milestones. 
  • Develop and maintain program metrics, status reporting, dashboards, and execution tracking artifacts. 
  • Facilitate coordination meetings, synchronization events, and stakeholder engagements supporting program objectives. 
  • Ensure planning and execution activities remain aligned with mission priorities, contractual requirements, and delivery milestones. 

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline. 
  • 3+ years of experience supporting program scheduling, project management, Agile delivery, or program coordination activities. 
  • Experience developing or maintaining project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and execution plans. 
  • Familiarity with scheduling principles, critical path analysis, and dependency management. 
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar planning and collaboration tools. 
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and iterative delivery environments. 
  • Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced mission-focused environments. 

Desired Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting defense, space, intelligence, or multi-domain operational environments. 
  • Familiarity with Command and Control (C2) systems, mission systems, or operational mission environments. 
  • Experience supporting exercises, operational demonstrations, capability deployments, or program integration activities. 
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-SP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred. 

$90,000 - $130,000 salary + annual bonus eligibility + medical/dental/vision/STD/LTD/Life + 401(k) + PTO
