This position is based at our corporate office in Phoenix, AZ, and follows a hybrid work schedule. Remote work is not available for this role. Candidates must reside within commuting distance, as relocation assistance is not provided. Job Overview:

The Integrated Marketing Manager is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, acquisition, and revenue growth. This role combines creativity, operational excellence, and analytical insight to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across digital, social, traditional, and in-store channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a proven track record of delivering measurable marketing results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of omnichannel marketing campaigns that support brand growth, customer acquisition, retention, and win-back initiatives.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure alignment and execution excellence across all marketing channels.
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies based on consumer insights, business objectives, and competitive analysis.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
  • Act as the primary owner of campaign operations, including creative review, signage and kit management, social activations, direct mail, and other marketing programs.
  • Serve as a mentor and leader for marketing specialists and project managers, providing guidance on best practices, processes, and execution standards.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to optimize future programs.
  • Champion process improvements, including project management systems (e.g., Monday.com), workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support store-level marketing initiatives, grand openings, and relocations, ensuring a consistent brand experience.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on integrated, B2C, or omnichannel campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels (social, SEO, display, video, email, direct mail).
  • Financial acumen, including budget management and basic accounting/approval tasks.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with marketing analytics, campaign measurement, and optimization.
  • Passion for marketing integration, creativity, and delivering results in a fast-paced, resourceful environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software (e.g., Monday.com) is a plus.
