Why Mozilla?

Mozilla Corporation is the non-profit-backed technology company that has shaped the internet for the better over the last 25 years. We make pioneering brands like Firefox, the privacy-minded web browser. Now, with more than 225 million people around the world using our products each month, we’re shaping the next 25 years of technology and helping to reclaim an internet built for people, not companies. Our work focuses on diverse areas including AI, social media, security and more. And we’re doing this while never losing our focus on our core mission – to make the internet better for people.

The Mozilla Corporation is wholly owned by the non-profit 501(c) Mozilla Foundation. This means we aren’t beholden to any shareholders — only to our mission. Along with thousands of volunteer contributors and collaborators all over the world, Mozillians design, build and distribute open-source software that enables people to enjoy the internet on their terms.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager for the UK to build and lead our regional marketing strategy. You’ll operate at the intersection of global strategy and local execution—bringing deep UK insight into a globally coordinated marketing organization.

Europe is at the center of a once-in-a-decade shift in how browsers compete. This role is about turning that shift into relevance and sustained growth—and helping millions of people choose a better internet.

We are looking for someone who can integrate the brand into sports, music, and local communities to ensure Firefox remains a prominent and valued choice for consumers. At the same time, this role plays an important part in building and leading our UK marketing strategy and executions,  driving broader brand relevance, consideration, and user growth across the UK market.

This is a critical marketing role focused on:

  • Re-establishing Firefox as a relevant, differentiated brand

  • Driving relevance and market share growth

  • Leading major campaigns and partnerships and activations in the UK

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Director European Integrated Marketing to shape and deliver integrated marketing strategies and storytelling for the UK, build cultural relevance, and represent the brand, using audience insights and product feature priorities as an anchor.

Build Cultural Relevance

  • Help make Mozilla part of the conversation across sports, music, creator, music, and internet culture in the UK.

  • Identify and engage with local communities and creators and ability to also create platform native content

  • Bring and execute ideas that feel native to culture and serve our brand mission

  • Translate cultural insights into marketing initiatives that increase brand relevance, and consideration.

Drive Integrated Marketing & Storytelling

  • Partner cross-functionally with brand, product marketing, media, social, PR, and creative teams to ensure activations connect into broader integrated marketing efforts.

  • Help translate global campaigns and product priorities into culturally relevant UK executions.

  • Understand how content, creators, PR, paid media, partnerships, and social channels work together to drive awareness, consideration, and engagement.

  • Work closely with insights and analytics teams to measure marketing impact.

Represent the Brand

  • Help shape how Mozilla Firefox behaves within culture, not just how it advertises.

  • Ensure every activation, collaboration, and interaction feels authentic to both the brand and the community.

  • Maintain alignment with Mozilla’s brand voice, creative standards, and broader marketing priorities while allowing room for cultural agility and experimentation.

Who you are

You are an inspiring, cross-functional marketer directly responsible for UK marketing activity. You are passionate about building brand relevance, marketing plans and thrive in highly collaborative environments.

  • 8+ years of deep consumer marketing, or brand/ cultural marketing

  • Strong portfolio of product launches across tech, sports, and music, with expertise in creating integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies that drive brand and commercial impact

  • Deeply connected and passionate in sports, music, creator, entertainment or culture ecosystems

  • Someone who understands fandom, community creators, content and energy that drives conversations online and offline.

  • Fluent in creator language, community behavior, internet culture and modern content marketing

  • Able to move fluidly between building cultural strategy, creative ideation, execution and measurement.

  • Outstanding organization and project management skills

  • Excellent collaboration skills; proven track record leading through influence

  • A self-starter with a bias for action

  • Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment across different time zones and cultures

What We Do

A lot of companies say they’re “mission-driven.” Our unique corporate structure guarantees that every decision we make upholds our mission: to ensure the internet remains open and accessible. Beholden to neither shareholders nor investors, Mozilla Corporation is wholly owned by the not-for-profit Mozilla Foundation. Along with our communities of 20,000+ contributors and collaborators, Mozilla Corporation’s staff designs, builds, and distributes software that allows people to enjoy the internet on their own terms. Our flagship product — the Firefox browser — has expanded into a family of products that protects users and alerts them of risks, safeguards passwords and provides a secure VPN (with more to come). By maintaining a safe, open internet we're helping humanity, while also helping the individual humans employed here to reach their personal and professional goals. With a relatively small team serving hundreds of millions of people, a culture of exploration, and a commitment to mentorship, opportunities abound to learn and grow at Mozilla.
