WHAT YOU’LL DO
The role of the Integrated Marketing Manager is to partner on advertiser-driven sales and marketing initiatives (strategic proposal creation) across Vox Media. A key member of a client-facing team focused on winning the interest and confidence of our advertisers, this individual develops revenue-generating strategies and programs based on client briefs, data, and insights.
The position is part of a dedicated Marketing pod structure and reports directly to a Senior Lead. Collaboration is at the core of this role as this individual will work closely with pre sales teams including sales, media strategy, creative strategy, brand marketing, audio, and insights.
This individual should be exceptionally detail-oriented, intellectually curious, a team player, and a passionate fan of our brands. We want to see how they develop innovative and creative strategic solutions for our clients in ways that help build on the Vox success story.
Responsibilities
- Map Vox Media advertising tactics/offerings to advertiser KPIs
- Own the strategy and packaging for client-facing recommendations (RFPs) within our growth category that spans verticals within a 150k-250k threshold
- Collaborate with internal teams to vet ideas with editorial, nail down costs, the media strategy, and creative approaches
- Help pull together proactive RFI (request for information) materials for our agency and client partner that focus on audience, editorial, and media opportunities.
WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of Marketing experience within the media industry, digital/social/audio publishers, promotions/advertising/creative agency or branded entertainment/production
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- A presentation pro. Strong Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Photoshop skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail
- Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as design aesthetic

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay for this position at the time of this posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.

$72,000—$85,000 USD
