We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Integrated Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in the cybersecurity / B2B software industry and be deeply involved in the operational side of marketing.
About the Role
In this role, you will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, coordinating events and conferences, managing marketing operations, coordinating digital marketing efforts and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will play a key role in keeping marketing activities organized, efficient, and on track.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Manage logistics and coordination for conferences, events, and webinars
- Assist with marketing operations processes and campaign setup
- Own the social media calendar and drive engagement
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams
- Maintain and update marketing tools, lists, and campaign assets
- Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
- Help manage marketing materials and internal documentation
- Support marketing data organization and enrichment
- Assist with day-to-day operational needs of the marketing team
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Up to 1–2 years of experience (or internships) in marketing or operations, preferably in a B2B startup
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and keep things moving
- Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in a fast-growing startup environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Suite, Notion, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Skilled in using AI tools such as Claude Cowork/Desktop, Notebook LM, Canva, Gamma, Nano Banana
- Experience helping organize events or conferences
- Previous experience in marketing operations
