Integrated Marketer
Engenious Design creates new medical devices and technology systems that make the world better through design. And we have opportunity for an integrated marketer who wants to grow as part of a collaborative team. A marketer who helps important audiences learn about us: sophisticated R&D leaders who engage our services and the designers and engineers who want to join our team (once they know who we are). We promise you will grow during your time at Engenious, and we think you will make us better too.
Engenious Design is seeking an Integrated Marketer to drive multi-channel campaigns that engage top medical device leaders and talented recruits. You’ll work with a team to set strategy, manage campaigns, analyze performance and craft authentic messaging that hits the right audience at the right time—all while keeping our brand voice sharp and consistent.
Founded in 2013, Engenious Design is a growing team of 90+ people who design, prototype, build and test new products for our clients. We don’t make or sell anything with our name on it, but we work on behalf of our customers who market and sell the systems we design. We are a blend of creative designers working alongside engineers. We are a world class design firm based in the Kansas City metro area.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns that meet organization goals for key audiences.
Brand Consistency: Ensure messaging is consistent and authentic across digital, social, in-person, and outreach channels.
Data Analysis & Optimization: Track engagement and conversion metrics, adjust strategies, and report insights to maximize impact.
Collaboration: Work closely with business development, recruiting, design, copywriting, and content teams for integrated deliverables.
Content & Channel Management: Maintain content calendars, manage social media, and oversee advertising and marketing budgets.
Market Research: Conduct primary research to deeply understand clients, candidates, and competitors.
Business Development Research: Identify targets, conduct outreach, and manage contacts to foster strong client and candidate relationships.
Position Details:
This is a full-time, non-temporary position. This position works from our Kansas City based design center and is not available as a remote position. The application will require you to verify willingness to relocate to the Kansas City area (if you don’t already live in the KC metro). We will happily relocate you to KC if you don’t already live in the metro area.
We recognize that top talent comes from all over the world. Engenious Design is unable to offer visa sponsorship opportunities at this time. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
