We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Developer to join our Digital Solutions team here at Selkirk Sport. This role will work closely with the Finance department and internal developers to configure, administer, and integrate Sage Intacct. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Sage Intacct implementations, strong technical skills, and the ability to drive automation across the finance tech stack. This role will evolve into an embedded developer position for our Finance team, focusing on long-term automation and development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and Customize Sage Intacct: Work with the Finance team to set up, configure, and customize the Sage Intacct system to meet business needs.
- System Administration: Act as the primary administrator for Sage Intacct, managing user access, maintaining system security, and ensuring smooth platform operation.
- Integrations: Develop and maintain integrations between Sage Intacct and other internal systems across the company’s tech stack.
- Automation: Design, build, and deploy automated processes that streamline finance operations, reporting, and workflows.
- Collaborate with all departments: Serve as the embedded developer for the Finance department along with other departments that impact accounting, understanding their unique needs and translating them into technical solutions.
- Palantir Development: Learn and leverage Palantir and other low-code development tools to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the finance team’s operations.
- Long-Term Development: Lead long-term development initiatives that enhance the scalability and performance of Sage Intacct, ensuring that our financial systems remain future-proof.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years as a Sage Intacct Developer or Administrator, with at least one successful implementation under your belt.
- Technical Expertise: Strong experience in system administration, integration, and automation of Sage Intacct.
- Coding languages: Typescript and Python
- Development Skills: Proven ability to code and build automation tools.
- Finance Collaboration: Previous experience working directly with finance teams, understanding their workflows, reporting requirements, and system needs.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to take ownership of complex projects and deliver results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing custom applications and APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud-based ERP systems and other financial platforms.
- Experience in continuous integration and deployment for finance tech stacks.
