- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting in the insurance industry.
- Deep understanding of insurance products, ecosystem, and industry best practices.
- Proven experience in leading and managing project teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Native proficiency in French or Dutch and very good knowledge of English.
