The Role:
The In-Network Insurance Operations Associate will support the organization in facilitating and submitting timely, high-quality, and appropriate enrollment applications for the providers with the various government and insurance healthcare payors. This is a part time 1099 independent contract position working up to 20 hours per week.
Who you are:
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 2+ years of Provider Enrollment experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
- Resourcefulness, persistence, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
- Sharp attention to detail with a natural feel for data integrity, and have a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Impressive time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks, with a variety of stakeholders while hitting deadlines for time sensitive projects
- Experience with roster management and directory updates are a plus
How your skills and passion will come to life at Cerebral:
- Prepare and submit provider enrollment applications via online application portals or paper applications as required by each payor
- Conduct payor follow-up calls and initiate payor escalations as needed
- Prepare electronic folders on shared drive to store clinician applications
- Track clinician enrollment statuses via electronic database
- Work denials related to provider enrollment issues as needed
- Complete all functions associated with enrollment and any special projects as assigned
- Work closely with the key stakeholders to increase clinician in-network insurance capacity
