We are seeking an experienced Insurance Risk Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in overseeing our insurance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our insurance operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, analyze risks and fostering strong relationships with insurance providers. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement insurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
• Analyze the organization’s insurance needs and risks, recommending appropriate coverage
• Manage relationships with insurance providers, negotiating terms and coverage to meet organizational needs
• Monitor and assess the performance of insurance policies and claims, ensuring effective management of claims processes
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding insurance matters, facilitating understanding and compliance
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact the organization’s insurance strategy
• Prepare and present reports on insurance performance and risk management strategies to senior management

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and risk management practices
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance management or a related role
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• Fluent in English language, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions based on findings

*Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands.
