Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney – Philadelphia, PA – Remote work!
Founded in the early 2000’s, we have grown into an AV-rated litigation practice with more than 200 attorneys nationwide. The firm focuses on civil litigation defense for insurers, corporations, and insured clients, with offices in over 15 states. The firm is known for handling complex, high-exposure matters and has built a reputation based on jury awards worth millions of dollars.

Job duties:
Work fully remote, or hybrid schedule – your preference. Just need to be local to Philadelphia area for court appearances.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
Required:
· PA bar
· Recent insurance defense experience
You should know some of the following:

· Insurance Coverage
· Class Action, Employment Law
