WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

Our Endava family is growing! We are seeking a Senior Insurance Consultant to join our insurance industry vertical team. As a Senior Insurance Consultant at Endava, you will have at least 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of stakeholder management, presales, sales presentations, and post-sales. You must know how to partner with account, delivery, and sales teams to deliver solutions to our clients.

 

As a Senior Insurance Consultant, you will work on sales presentations and account reviews and perform pre-sales and post-sales activities.  

 

You will work as part of a tight-knit team with Sales and Delivery to drive and shape our vertical insurance industry team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Sales 
  • Instils confidence at C-Level in solution integrity and builds trust in Endava. 
  • Able to translate Client needs into working with technical teams to define solutions. 
  • Bid content production (in tandem with rest of bid team). 

  • Post-sales 
  • Becomes a trusted advisor to clients, guiding technology implementation choices and processes. 
  • Keeps clients up to date with industry and macro trends. 
  • Able to present senior client updates and reviews.

  • Internal 
  • Works as part of a tight-knit team with Sales and Delivery to drive and shape IVTs (Industry Vertical Teams). 
  • Helps drive the insurance SME (Subject Matter Expert) agenda. 
  • Uses market knowledge to identify where Endava should focus now and next. 
  • Works with the wider SME Community to build our capabilities within the insurance industry. 
  • Helps identify the trends that result in additional skills, capabilities, and technologies being recruited into Endava. 
  • Takes ownership of the IVT SME status. 
  • Contributes the SME input to and attends the Industry IVT monthly executive meeting. 
  • Understands enough of the business to appreciate impacts and pain points. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of insurance industry expertise.
  • You are a strong team player with a collaborative attitude who can play a central role within our new industry-aligned activities. 
  • Industry experience in the insurance industry in a technology position. 
  • Knowledgeable of the insurance industry at a broad (not too deep in each area) level. 
  • Stays up to date with industry dynamics and movements. 
  • Able to spot emerging industry trends and match them with Endava’s services and capabilities. 
  • Willing to be an industry face of Endava - contributing to events, online content media, etc. 
  • Good contact network. 
  • Comfortable in client sales presentations and account reviews 
  • Able to produce sales and marketing collateral, including blog posts, and present to audiences at internal and external events.

Pay ranges available upon request. Exact compensation for each role varies based on many factors including (but not limited to) geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
