  • Conduct training needs analyses to identify gaps and opportunities within the organization and work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to define learning objectives.
  • Implement and analyze training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and continuously improve programs based on data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SMEs, product owners, developers, application engineers, and technical support to translate their knowledge into effective learning experiences.

This role might be right for you if you have:

  • 2+ years of relevant instructional design experience, ideally in a technical or software-focused environment
  • A degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
  • Experience developing eLearning using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise, along with multimedia content creation (e.g., video, graphics)
  • Strong technical proficiency with tools such as Miro, PowerPoint, and other instructional design technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging content
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • A collaborative, curious, and growth-oriented mindset, with openness to feedback and a willingness to learn and adapt

  • Are an enthusiastic, innovative individual who cares about sustainability
  • Look for ways to have a meaningful impact on your team's work
  • Are interested in using devices to control the physical environment, and you're willing to learn our products and industry
  • Like a challenge and want to grow professionally
  • Are patient and diligent; quality may take longer, but you know it's worth it
  • Value a healthy work–life balance; we don't expect you to work overtime or weekends
