Job Responsibilities:

Dein Aufgabenbereich:

  • Anlagenbetreuung (Maschinenwartung und Reparatur) von automatischen Fertigungsanlagen
  • Anlagenbetreuung (Wartung und Reparaturen) der SMT-Linien
  • Überwachen und dokumentieren von Prüfungs- und Wartungsintervallen
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserungen der Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Reduzierung von Stillstandszeiten im Rahmen der Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Koordination und Planung für die Behebung von Maschinen- und Anlagenstörungen
  • Unterstützung im Produktionsbetrieb

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbautechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenfertigungstechnik oder vergleichbares)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung und Wartung von SMT-Linien
  • Erfahrung mit vollautomatischen Produktionsanlagen von Vorteil
  • SPS-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und gewissenhafte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Zielorientiert, flexibel, umsetzungsstark, teamfähig
  • Hohe Konfliktfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

  • Arbeitszeit: 38,5h/Woche, 3-Schichtbetrieb (06:00-14:00 Uhr, 14:00-22:00 Uhr, 22:00-06:00 Uhr) im wöchentlichen Wechsel

Skills Required

  • Completed technical education in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, machine manufacturing technology, or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in maintenance and servicing of SMT lines
  • Experience with fully automated production equipment
  • Knowledge of PLC/SPS systems
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Good MS Office knowledge
  • High commitment and a conscientious, independent working style
  • Goal-oriented, flexible, execution-focused, and team-oriented approach
  • Strong conflict-management skills and resilience
  • Very good communication skills
