You’ll play an important part in coordinating installation activities, communicating with customers and internal teams, and helping ensure our products are installed correctly and on time. What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate installation schedules and appointments
  • Communicate with customers, builders, contractors, and internal teams
  • Support installation managers and crews with project coordination
  • Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation
  • Monitor schedules to help ensure timely completion of installations
  • Assist with resolving scheduling conflicts and installation issues
  • Maintain communication throughout the installation process
  • Provide excellent customer service while representing Brock Cabinets
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Previous office, scheduling, or coordination experience preferred
Preferred Experience:
  • 3+ years of office experience
  • 2+ years of scheduling or coordination experience
