This is more than just a scheduling role. You’ll play an important part in coordinating installation activities, communicating with customers and internal teams, and helping ensure our products are installed correctly and on time. - Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor schedules to help ensure timely completion of installations
- Assist with resolving scheduling conflicts and installation issues
- Maintain communication throughout the installation process
- Provide excellent customer service while representing Brock Cabinets
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Previous office, scheduling, or coordination experience preferred
- 3+ years of office experience
- 2+ years of scheduling or coordination experience
