Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the installation team, ensuring all projects
are completed to the highest standard.
- Oversee
the installation, maintenance, and repair of water filtration
systems in both residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues related to water
filtration.
- Ensure that the crew is doing the 1-2
installations completed daily, maintaining high standards of
quality and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of all
installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Train and
mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and
efficient work environment.
- Provide exceptional
customer service, addressing any client questions or
concerns.
- Enforce all safety protocols and company
guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 10 years of plumbing experience.
- At least 5 years of management experience, leading a team
of installers or technicians.
- Ability to oversee and
complete multiple installs per day.
- Proven
leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a
team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention
to detail.
- Reliable truck or van for transportation
to job sites.
- Excellent communication and customer
service skills.
- Ability to work independently and
collaborate with other team members.
