About StartWeb7
StartWeb7 provides website development and SEO + AEO services for businesses. We are seeking an independent Instagram marketing and sales contractor to generate leads and close sales using Instagram and other lawful outreach methods.
The contractor controls their own schedule, content style, and outreach methods. There are no required working hours, posting schedules, guaranteed leads, guaranteed sales, or minimum earnings.
Responsibilities
• Independently generate leads through Instagram and other lawful marketing methods.
• Create Instagram content at your discretion.
• Send direct messages to prospective clients.
• Run approved Instagram advertising when authorized.
• Respond to interested leads from direct messages, comments, and form submissions.
• Follow up with prospective clients.
• Explain StartWeb7’s website development and SEO + AEO services.
• Close sales directly with clients from the first contact through contract signature.
• Log leads and follow-ups in StartWeb7’s CRM.
• Flag active hot leads so StartWeb7’s other sales contractors do not contact the same prospects.
Commission
You will earn a 15% commission on each completed sale. There is no commission cap.
• Business Website — $1,500 sale: $225 commission
• SEO-Optimized Website — $3,000 sale: $450 commission
• Monthly SEO Essentials — $1,500 monthly sale: $225 commission
• Monthly SEO Competitive — $3,000 monthly sale: $450 commission
Commission is earned once the client signs the agreement and pays the applicable deposit.
Payments are issued through Upwork. The amounts listed are the gross payment amounts. Any Upwork service or withdrawal fees are the contractor’s responsibility.
What StartWeb7 Provides
• Access to StartWeb7’s Meta Business Suite, including the Instagram account and approved advertising account
• CRM access for logging leads and follow-ups
• An advertising budget as clients close and funding becomes available
• Information about StartWeb7’s services and pricing
• Freedom to use your own content style and outreach approach
Requirements
• Must be based in California.
• Experience with Instagram marketing, social-media lead generation, direct-message outreach, or sales.
• Ability to communicate professionally with prospective clients.
• Ability to explain services and close sales independently.
• Experience using a CRM or willingness to maintain accurate lead records.
• Must provide your own computer, phone, internet connection, and other necessary equipment.
• Must operate an independently established marketing or sales business or profession and hold any required business registration or license.
This role does not have a required posting schedule, assigned shifts, or a guaranteed number of posts. You may serve other clients and are not required to work exclusively for StartWeb7.
