As a Global Insights Transformation Manager on the Global Strategy & Insights team at ABI, you will help drive category, consumer and business insights for our brands and innovation agenda leveraging data, technology and AI. Specifically, you will have the ownership of working with different tools and technologies, in order to leverage them for our brands and support them in achieving results. Additionally, you will also be working close to our marketing technology team to support them on specific projects across different platforms that are being developed. You have a strong understanding of how to unpack different solutions, and the underlying benefit to support brands and innovation growth. A strong understanding of foundational insights tools across pillars including positioning, communications, creative development, innovation, renovation, brand tracking, brand analytics and performance measurement will be a plus.
To succeed in this role, you'll operate with an agile and project management mindset. You must be comfortable working with different kinds of datasets, managing vendors and internal data & analytics providers, guiding work of others, and interacting with senior leadership on complex problems.
What you'll do:
- Provide consumer insight-driven recommendations for business decisions
- Develop and execute learning plan priorities for areas of focus
- Analyze different sets of research and commercial data to identify and distill insights to support business decisions and strategic plans for our brands
- Manage/supervise the design, execution, analysis, and recommendation of insight and analytics projects/initiatives to drive to business decisions
- Manage relationships with external research agencies and leverage external insights resources, capabilities, and expertise in order to best serve business requirements
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related fields
- Relevant experience in project management, consumer insights, digital marketing & advertising, consumer data, business intelligence, AI and analytics or other related fields
- Proven expertise on research/survey tools & methodologies preferably with AI across performance management, brand tracking, communication, innovation and consumer behavior
- Strong business acumen with analytical and problem solving mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration/stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
- Primary (qual & quant) & secondary research experience is a plus
