We are looking for an experienced and analytical Brand Partnerships Insights and Measurement Partner to join our team. In this strategic role, you will be at the forefront of shaping our understanding of the Roblox community by leveraging both 1st and 3rd party audience insights. Your expertise will be critical in building compelling narratives that resonate with partners and support showcasing the success of brand partnerships on Roblox. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Operations, Data Science, UX Research, and Product, to drive data-driven decisions and optimize our audience engagement strategies. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of industry standards and methodologies, combined with a strong ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies.
Role is based in our San Mateo, CA office, Tuesday - Thursday or remote within the Greater NYC region
You will:
- Leverage 1P & 3P audience insights to build and support compelling narratives about the Roblox community.
- Partner with Business Operations, Data Science, and UX Research teams to analyze viewership models, audience trends, and behavioral insights, surfacing key insights for brand partners.
- Support the Brand Partnerships team with day-to-day requests, including RFP fulfillment and proactive vertical insights.
- Collaborate with Product teams to develop and prioritize measurement product roadmaps.
- Manage the effectiveness study execution process with 3rd party vendors, overseeing end-to-end execution.
- Maintain strong knowledge of industry methodology standards, including brand lift, consideration, and conversion methods.
- Apply expertise in Primary Research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative), covering topics such as audience deep dives, segmentation studies, sponsorship valuation, and attention testing.
- Demonstrate proficiency in business writing and strong analytical skills to communicate complex insights clearly.
- Present findings and recommendations to internal and external C-Suite stakeholders, ensuring alignment and actionable outcomes.
You have:
- 5+ years of experience in audience insights, analytics, measurement or a related field
- Confirmed experience with standard and immersive media measurement, audience insights, and primary research methodologies and industry standards.
- Strong client-facing presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-Suite partners.
- Outstanding analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Proficient in business writing, with a clear and concise communication style.
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Annual Salary Range
$158,690—$192,590 USD
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
