Join the growing team at Flowly Solutions! We are currently hiring a dedicated and hardworking Inside Sales Representative to drive our daily sales operations. You will be a key player in ensuring our customers receive expert advice, our materials are efficiently sourced, and our business targets are met. We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle by accurately quoting, selling, and delivering both standard inventory and special-order items.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by answering calls and emails promptly and offering expert product guidance.
  • Proactively present product add-ons and beneficial upsell services to clients to maximize value.
  • Source and propose alternate solutions whenever a customer's requested product is temporarily unavailable.
  • Cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships with our clients, vendor networks, and internal team members.
  • Identify high-value accounts and strategically structure your daily workload to ensure optimal response times.
  • Continuously build product expertise to provide fast, accurate quotes tailored to client needs.
  • Uphold a highly professional demeanor across all interactions, whether via email, over the phone, or face-to-face.
  • Keep clients and vendors fully informed regarding quote turnarounds and estimated arrival times for materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B or distribution sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solver mindset.
  • Strong phone communication skills and customer service.

Benefits:

  • Pay range of $32.00 - $43.00 per hour depending on experience

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday (No weekend shifts required)
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
