About the role:
Entering customers orders
Quoting customers
Answering enquiries via phone and email
Managing customers schedules
Liaising with internal departments to facilitate on time deliveries
Account maintenance on EOS
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 05.00pm
40 hours per week
About you:
OEM customer service skills
A good level of IT skills (use of ERP systems, Microsoft Outlook and excel)
Relationship building skills
Commercial Awareness
