What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate tires and automotive services based on their needs and budget.
- Professionally handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM or POS systems.
- Coordinate with service technicians and shop staff to ensure timely installation and service completion.
- Stay current on product offerings, promotions, pricing, and industry trends.
- Address customer complaints, concerns, and warranty questions in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized front-counter and work area while following all safety policies and procedures.
