Summary of Responsibilities:
The Inside Sales Support Representative will report directly to our Inside Sales Manager. The focus of the Inside Sales Support Representative role is to provide support to customer inquiries and customer set-up within our system for our dealer network as well as our field sales team. Our Inside Sales Representative must have the ability to provide an outstanding positive customer support experience for those who contact Chervon.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer set-up and maintenance within our systems
    • Onboarding New Customers – Collecting signed credit application, applicable agreements, understanding shipping requirements
    • Cross-functional coordination with Sales, Finance, Operations and Logistics
    • Salesforce (CRM) – Setup Customer accounts, profiles, and complete related tasks
    • Dealer Portal – Setup customers with access, provide training and support
    • Order entry and management, resolving account related issues, processing returns and issuing credits
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries in regards but not limited to:
    • General product information
    • Availability and pricing
    • Order status
  • General office administration
    • Projects as assigned
    • Merchandising execution – order processing, execution, and delivery coordination
    • Ordering supplies – samples, branded collateral
    • Submitting invoices for processing
    • Other related tasks
Job Requirements:
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume customer setting via email and phone
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Experience with power tools and outdoor power equipment an asset
  • Willing to take initiative, ask questions and suggest improvements
  • Possess a high level of competency as it relates to details and accuracy 
  • Ability to work in high stress environments
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills via phone, text, and email
  • Must be professional and have a “can do” attitude
  • Experience working closely with team members in a small, growing office environment

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in general business preferred
  • Experience in a sales or customer service environment preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette; experience with Microsoft Office, ORACLE and Salesforce
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills within all levels of an organization
  • Salary Range: $50k to $60k
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have supervisory responsibility.  
Travel
This position may require some local area travel – customer trade shows periodically. 10% or less.
