Job Description

Randstad is currently hiring for an Inside Sales Representative for our partner in Birmingham, Alabama.

Do you have experience working with clients over the phone and are self motivated to cultivate trusting relationships with current business accounts and generate leads for potential sales accounts? This might be the ideal company for you. 

You will be: 

Proactively identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, marketing, referrals, and lead databases. 

Optimize potential sales for new and existing business

Serve as a consultant by providing industry insights through up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and products.

Build relationships and partnerships through networking.

Qualifications

Who we are looking for: 

-2-5 years+ experience in inside or outsides sales/ and or account management

-Can utilize database of clientele and generate new account business

-Must possess critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills

-Ability to learn product knowledge and provide thorough and comprehensive understanding of products/ services provided

-Adaptability and can work in collaborative environment

-Polished and professional over the phone

-Basic Microsoft Office software knowledge needed

-Detail oriented, can manage multiple tasks at one time

-Degree preferred

-Manufacturing, construction, materials industry sales a plus

$35K/ annual with bonus potential.
