STARTING RATE OF $19.00 - $22.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE + COMMISSION!
Are you a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales? We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to convert leads, upsell services, and provide outstanding customer support. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building relationships, and strive to exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into sales and upsell services.
- Engage in inbound/outbound calls and emails.
- Maintain customer relationships and resolve concerns.
- Accurately track sales and customer interactions in CRM.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, NICE CXone, and RealGreen.
- Weekend availability required (PTO blackout: Mar 1 - Jun 1).
