Iron Mountain is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our Tampa Inside Sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by strategically managing and prospecting within a defined book of business.
You will be a key player in the Inside Sales team as we establish and grow our new location in Tampa, Florida, making a real impact and driving success from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Prospect and Drive Sales Growth: Proactively prospect within a defined book of business, schedule remote customer meetings, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closure, recording all activities in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce.
Build Strategic Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor by building strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their organizational goals, and aligning their needs with Iron Mountain solutions through consultative selling.
Ensure Retention and Compliance: Facilitate contract renewals, collaborate with renewal teams to retain at-risk accounts, and lead negotiations to secure optimal pricing and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring seamless customer service and operational excellence.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
3-6+ years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, with a proven track record of consistently achieving high performance and successfully managing a book of business.
Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (such as Salesforce) and virtual platforms (such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams) to leverage data analytics and forecast profitable growth.
Proven ability in strategic thinking and complex negotiations, including the skills to uncover client needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals in complex sales cycles.
A resilient and self-motivated mindset, characterized by strong organizational skills, a curiosity for uncovering new opportunities, and a demonstrated capacity for adaptability.

Work Model: Full-time in-office for the first 6 months; hybrid eligible (3 days in-office/2 days remote) thereafter.
