ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to guide clients through the process of setting up utility services in their new homes. In this role, you will manage warm leads and match each customer with the best-fit service providers based on their needs.

This position is designed for a sales professional who thrives in high-volume outreach, consistently meets performance goals, and is seeking a fast-paced, full-time role that makes a direct impact on customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Consultative Selling: Act as an advisor to help families select the best utility providers for their new homes.
  • High-Volume Outreach: Manage a pipeline of warm leads through inbound calls and proactive outbound follow-ups (calls, texts, emails) - no cold calling!
  • CRM & Documentation: Accurately track all customer interactions, deal stages, and purchase decisions in the CRM. Maintain detailed notes and activity logs to support team reporting and customer handoffs.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual activity targets and sales quotas by maintaining a high level of daily outreach, follow-through, and performance discipline.
  • Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to educate customers on additional products or services that enhance their move-in experience and add value.
  • Collaboration: Communicate effectively with teammates and leadership to share insights, improve processes, and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
  • Process Adherence: Follow established sales workflows and scripts, while remaining agile enough to personalize interactions and address unique customer needs.

RequirementsWHO ARE YOU?
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed performance targets.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage high volume customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Receptive to feedback and coaching with a strong desire for personal growth.
  • Demonstrates alignment with company core values: Others-Focused, Grit, Integrity, and Excellence.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

We research each user's address and discover the utility service providers available to them. We inform the user of their options and the best deals on internet, water, gas, cable tv, electricity and home security and then the user chooses which providers best fit their needs. Once the user chooses their provider we then make the connection for them so they don't have to. The whole process takes the user only about 5 minutes. We are committed to customer satisfaction and bridging the information gap surrounding the complexity of service provider pricing and contracts.
