What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound sales activity and potentially outbound outreach
- Connect with leads from chat, email, support, and marketing campaigns
- Deliver excellent customer support and help convert inquiries into opportunities
- Qualify prospects and route high-potential leads to the appropriate sales reps
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
- Knowledge of the hosting or data center industry preferred
- Strong interest or experience in IT (Windows/Linux, VMware, Cisco, Dell/HP/IBM servers)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-starter mindset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally
- College degree or equivalent work experience
