Join us as our new Inside Sales Representative!
As a results driven Inside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in new customer acquisition, revenue growth and territory support. To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable having high and consistent activity and you must have a strong attention to detail and be able sell at a very technical level.
At Microbiome Labs you will be selling to medical professionals that utilize dietary supplements. You must be a competitive, driven, and a passionate individual that can function independently as well as in a team environment. As a member of our Inside Sales Program, you will be part of a unique mentorship program (virtual) that will prepare you for a successful career with our company in an Outside Sales territory. Once promoted, you must be willing to relocate within the U.S, based on available territories.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with customers and establish strong customer relationships

Developing a high level of technical knowledge about the company’s products and services
-
Identifying and qualifying leads through outbound lead generation methods such as phone cold calling, email campaigns and online research

Managing and moving leads through a sales pipeline
-
Making high volume outbound phone calls to clients or potential clients to schedule a virtual meeting
-
Demonstrating the ability to sell yourself and the company

Effectively recognizing customer needs and identifying suitable solutions from our product offerings

Collaborate with Sales Reps in their Outside Sales territory to meet and exceed sales quotas

Effectively using CRM software (Salesforce) to track sales progress and customer interactions

Consistently demonstrating the ability to excite and persuade clients and potential clients

Closing sales and achieving monthly quotas
To succeed you must hold:

BS degree in Business or relevant field
-
Minimum 1 year sales experience
Location: Remote
