Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Chicago, IL (hybrid)
What You'll Be Doing:

• Identify, create, and respond (via phone/email) to inbound + outbound sales opportunities
• Qualify interested financial advisors and introduce these prospects to YCharts Account Executives
• Ensure comprehension and general awareness of the company's established processes to maintain positive client relationships
• Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions

Requirements
Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• Sales training and cold/warm calling experience
  • Preference given if experience is in fin-tech, financial services, and/or financial advisor community
• Organized, technology-inclined, analytically rigorous
• Personable, outgoing, and articulate
• Strong communication skills (including both oral and written)
• Unafraid to take initiative and be a decision-maker
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, communications, or similar

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $50-55k annually - ($67.5 - 75.5k OTE)
• This position is also eligible for uncapped commissions
