You don't need tax resolution experience to get started. Guardian Tax provides hands-on training, sales coaching, scripts, product knowledge, and ongoing support designed to help motivated people develop into successful Account Executives.

What You'll Do- Handle warm inbound leads generated by our marketing campaigns
- Speak with consumers seeking solutions to IRS and state tax problems
- Conduct professional phone consultations
- Identify each client's needs and recommend appropriate services
- Follow a proven sales process from consultation through close
- Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals
- Maintain accurate client and sales information in our CRM
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
We're looking for people who are:
