We’re looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative who enjoys connecting with people, creating opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. If you’re motivated by achieving goals while making a meaningful impact, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to incoming inquiries and convert qualified leads into clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, physicians, and other referral partners.
- Conduct proactive outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients and referral sources.
- Support business growth by increasing client census and expanding community partnerships.
- Collaborate with our caregiving and office teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Accurately document sales activities and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Previous sales or business development experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented.
- Healthcare, home care, or senior care experience is a plus.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys achieving goals as part of a collaborative team.

This is an in-office position located in Northwest Oklahoma City.
