Note: While we are a work-from-anywhere global team, customer-facing roles strictly operate during US Business Hours (EST/PST). Professional-level English proficiency (C1/C2) is non-negotiable.
💻 The MissionAt THE/STUDIO, we aren't just a platform; we are building the Operating System for Product Creation. We are a global manufacturing SaaS company redefining how creators and brands bring their physical product ideas to life—from custom apparel to packaging.
We are looking for a high-energy, consultative Senior Creative Specialist to own our inbound engine. While our AEs hunt, you will maximize. You will manage a high-volume, high-velocity stream of inbound opportunities. You aren't just an order-taker or customer support rep; you are a trusted advisor who uncovers deep client needs, closes the initial deal with urgency, and actively nurtures accounts to maximize repeat business.
💡 The Profile We’re Looking For (Our Core Pillars)Our CEO defines our top performers by three distinct traits. If this isn't how you operate, you won't thrive here:
Intelligence: High raw processing power, logical reasoning, and creative problem-solving. You can quickly guide a creator through design, pricing, and production decisions.
"Give a Shit" Energy (Extreme Ownership): You don't just clear tickets; you own your pipeline and book of business. If an account doesn't repeat, you look inward, figure out what went wrong, and go the extra mile to save it.
Rapid Adaptation: The ability to take blunt, radically candid feedback and pivot instantly without ego. You can execute flawlessly in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
Consult & Close: Own the full inbound sales cycle. Guide inbound leads through their production journey, confidently handle objections, and position THE/STUDIO as the premier alternative to "cheap but risky" sourcing options.
Nurture the Engine: Go beyond the one-off sale. Build and manage your own healthy book of repeat accounts, turning initial inbound buyers into long-term partners.
Pipeline Speed & Discipline: Manage a high-volume pipeline in Pipedrive with military precision, fast sales cadences, and flawless CRM hygiene.
Cross-Functional Ownership: Collaborate closely with our Lead Generation, Production, and Design teams to ensure accurate execution while maintaining a tight grip on order tracking and post-sale follow-ups.
Industry Mastery: We will teach you the ins and outs of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Design, and Product Development so you can challenge your prospects and map high-value solutions.
2–5 years of recent, quota-carrying sales experience (Account Executive or consultative Inside Sales experience preferred).
High-Velocity Experience: A proven track record of handling high-volume inbound leads in an SMB, tech, or service-based environment.
High-Energy Video Presence: Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills. You are confident jumping on video calls to consult with creators and brand founders.
CRM Discipline: High proficiency with CRM workflows (Pipedrive experience is a huge plus) and managing quick, structured email sequences.
Creative Instincts: Interest in apparel, custom products, or manufacturing is a strong plus. (Collaborating with designers or having basic Adobe Illustrator knowledge is a massive advantage).
Remote Infrastructure: Laptop/desktop (8GB+ RAM), stable internet connection (10+ Mbps), and a quiet, professional workspace for calls.
Flexible Compensation: We offer a competitive base salary + uncapped commissions designed to heavily reward top-tier closers and account builders.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Expected $2,200+ per month (base + uncapped commission structure), highly flexible depending on experience. Our current high performers earn up to $4500 OTE!
Employment Type: Full-time, exclusive independent contractor role.

What We Do
We are building a company that could be equivalent in scale and relevance to Amazon. Sounds like an exaggeration — but let us explain how we view the market. Amazon and ecommerce in general have completely disrupted the "last mile" — from ordering products to getting those products delivered. But the "first mile" in the supply chain, where the product is actually produced, hasn’t changed in over a hundred years. In spite of that, its value is immense and only keeps growing. Fashion manufacturing alone is a $1.2Tn space. We're building an on-demand manufacturing platform that meets the needs of the 21st century and a social media economy. We bootstrapped our way to a $15M run rate and just closed a $10M Series A with a top-tier Silicon Valley VC. We believe we can create enormous value and literally change the world by making manufacturing accessible to everyone.
