We are looking for someone who is fluent in Spanish. This person will work as an inside sales representative role working remotely from 11am-8pm CT or 9am-6pm PT.
Qualities and Requirements: • Must be fluent in Spanish and English • Experience in outbound sales • Outgoing and personable with a customer service mindset • Computer skills are mandatory • Clear and Concise Communicator • Adaptable (We are a small company, and things are constantly changing) • Attention to detail and Time Management skills • Professionalism and Coachability • Highly motivated, Self-starter • 50 mbps internet speed or faster
Responsibilities and Duties: • Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers via outbound Phone Calls, Chats, and Emails • Track and document sales activities • Place outbound calls and convert leads to sales, highlighting discounted products • Work closely with the internal team to resolve customer issues and help identify issues we can improve upon for a better customer experience • Communicate fluently and efficiently with Spanish speaking customers
